SHIPPING POLICY

We advise that delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days to be delivered from order placed, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. In certain circumstances this may take longer. Our team will be in contact should your order experience delivery delays. If your order is not with you within 7 working days from when the order was placed, then please contact our customer service team at apayproducts@gmail.com with your order number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receipt of returned item.
