Our tantalizing Curries and Pickles include the Polos Curry, Cashew Curry, and Brinjal Pickle.

‘Polos’ and ‘brinjal’ are the Sinhalese words for jackfruit and aubergine. These authentic recipes are excellent complements to a main meal and are vegan.
