Meet the artists...
Minal Naomi
Minal Naomi is a self-taught artist based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. She has been working in the creative field since 2016, after acquiring her degree in Interior Design. Since then, Minal has created work as an extention of herself in the context of gender as a woman in the South Asian region.
Her work also covers Justice, Politics as well as Freedom of Expression, as a result of her upbringing, being raised by journalists and media professionals.
She also explores ethnic, religious, and linguistic complexities as well as her mixed heritage.
